Experience a joyful and uplifting start to your day with my Gentle Flow Yoga Class
We move mindfully from one posture to the next while connecting to our breath. Postures include moving up and down onto the floor and a range of standing, sitting and balancing postures (using the wall for support if needed). Allowing for greater mobility, strength, focus and balance.
This is a mixed ability class and suitable for complete beginners.

Fed up of feeling stiff and inflexible? Pilates with Hayley is designed to strengthen your whole body with specific emphasis on gaining core strength, helping you tone up and relieving your aches and pains. Classes are mat based with small pilates equipment incorporated to aid exercises.
